BUFFALO SUZUKI STRINGS
PARENTS' ASSOCIATION

We have an extremely active Parents’ Association whose purpose is to enable the school by providing logistical support and planning in the nonmusical aspects of the BSS year.  Among our many activities we:

• arrange for speakers on a variety of topics pertinent to musical study and child development
• publish a monthly newsletter
• we order and sell BSS concert uniforms
• welcome and help acclimate our new parents
• plan and execute the nonmusical aspects of the annual spring concert
• take photos and videos of our events
• provide a parent lending library
• maintain a school store for the purchase of various materials
• plan recital receptions and other social events

and generally model involvement for our children.  We encourage all parents to volunteer for any committee of their interest and/or field of expertise.
