OUR MUSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
General Policies & Procedures
Registration
Parents may enroll their child in a BSS Instrumental
Program of their choice by submitting a completed application form, accompanied
by a onetime non-refundable registration fee. Teacher assignments are carefully
evaluated; lesson time availabilities are scheduled on a first-come basis.
Applicants are placed on our waiting list according to the date of paid
registration.
Tuition Payment
Fall and Spring sessions are sixteen weeks each and the Summer
session is eight weeks. Tuition may be paid by check or credit card
(Master Card or VISA) and an installment plan is offered with prior
arrangements.
Absences
Lessons by the teacher at a
mutually convenient time. A parent who anticipates an absence, may
notify the teacher and switch lesson
times with another family and notify their teacher. Lessons missed by a student
are not made up.
Refund Policy
There are no tuition refunds after the fourth week of
private instruction. Withdrawals prior to that date are eligible for a pro-rated
tuition refund.
